Q. How do I book a taxi?
A.

Booking a taxi with us couldn't be easier. Simply enter your journey details on the website or give us phone call and job done.

Q. How far in advance can I book my transport?
A.

You can book a taxi up to 3 months ahead. All online bookings should be made 24hrs before the journey is going to take place. For transport required within 24hrs please call us on the telephone number provided to confirm availability.

Q. Which areas do you cover?
A.

We provide cabs throughout the whole of the Guildford Borough and also drive nationally.

Q. Are the prices per passenger of per vehicle?
A.

All our charges are per vehicle and not per passenger.

Q. Are your drivers qualified?
A.

All drivers working for our company are fully qualified and registered with the local licencing authority.

Q. Do you operate a fixed price policy?
A.

Price either quoted is the price you pay and if the journey is metered than you pay the amount on the screen at the end of the journey to the driver. Please note all the meters in the vehicles are certified and installed by the professional who are authorized by the council. There is exception of excess waiting times, road tolls and congestion charges or bespoke requirements e.g. excess luggage, pets, child seats etc.

Q. Waiting Time
A.

The price paid allows for up to 60 minutes waiting time after the plane lands. Each period of 15 minutes after that time will be charged at £5. Car parking fees are to be paid to the driver if waiting exceed over 2 hours on the day and he will supply you with a receipt.

Q. Road Tolls
A.

Depending on the preferred route you may need to pay the driver for any road tolls. Please call for further information.

Q. Congestion Charge
A.

Depending on the day and time of your journey you may be required to pay a congestion charge. Please call for further information

Q. Payment's accepted
A.

Payment is made directly to the driver in cash or pay by Paypal, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa and Visa Electron cards. Surcharges will apply.

Q. Do I get a receipt?
A.

Yes the driver can write you the receipt at the end of the journey.

Q. What airports do you pick-up and drop off at?
A.

We transfer to all major airports throughout the UK offering the highest quality and on time service. Please remember to mention how many passengers and if you have any luggage so to dispatch the appropriate vehicle to pick you up or drop you off. Airports pick-ups usually have a small surcharge e.g. £8 and a meet and greet service can be provided.

Q. Do you offer a variety of vehicles?
A.

Yes we do. We are able to send out mini cabs, executive cabs, MPVs, people carriers plus many more. Please see our Fleet page for more detail or speak to our staff member.

Q. I can't find my taxi driver?
A.

There may be rare instances whereby your taxi is running late due to unforeseen circumstances. All our drivers will be given your contact information so they will call you and also wait with your name card in the arrivals. You can also contact us directly.

Q. Are we fully licensed?
A.

Yes we are! Our firm is fully licensed and take on board only licensed drivers. We follow all rules and regulations set by the Council.

Q. What happens if my flight is cancelled?
A.

Inform us by phone or e-mail as soon as you hear and we'll ensure that a driver is not dispatched. We reserve your taxi order for 24 hours at no extra cost.

Q. How do I cancel my booking?
A.

Please let us know as soon as possible via the contact number you have or email provided.

Q. What happens if I miss my flight?
A.

Inform us immediately and our friendly staff will help deal with the issue.

Q. Do you charge extra if my flight is delayed.
A.

If you provide a flight number, you will not be charged extra if your flight is delayed because we monitor flight arrivals at all UK airports. Please make sure you provide your flight number to the booking operator.

Q. How do I set up a business/corporate account?
A.

Please contact us with your requirements using the Accounts page. You will receive priority booking status and preferential prices as well as itemised invoices.

Q. Booking from abroad?
A.

We know many of you are planning trips or holidays to London or UK from all over the world. We will look after you and provide you the best service. You can use the online booking facility for a quick quote and booking. Remember you will need cash in pounds £- sterling given direct to the driver. Enjoy your stay!
